We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if not, please email petitdunnocks@gmail.com with your order number and details of why you'd like a refund or if you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else. Please note postage costs are not covered. Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. 

Please handle these products with care. Please be aware the some loss of glitter may occur with wear. This is not a fault, just natural wear and tear. We advise against wearing glitter fabrics against delicate items such as chiffon as the abrasive finish may cause snagging. We advise taking care not to rub the glitter product against surfaces. We do not recommend treating with any liquids or washing as this will damage the metallic finish. Not suitable for wet weather - at all!

Our glitter bags are handmade using specialist glitter fabric. While they are designed to be durable for normal use, they are not waterproof.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for bags that have been damaged by exposure to water, rain, excessive moisture, liquids or damp conditions. This includes glitter loss, lifting, peeling or other changes that are consistent with moisture damage.

Please take care to keep your bag dry and avoid prolonged exposure to wet or humid conditions. We recommend storing your bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your bag develops a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assess the issue

Keep glitter products out of direct sunlight - to avoid fading of colours.

Please note earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
